Mayor Bob Foster of Long Beach, CA, officiated at the ground-breaking ceremony for the LED-designed Guidance Center Building. On completion of the 35,000sf adaptive reuse project, the non-profit Guidance Center will provide comprehensive mental health treatment and services to the community's most disadvantaged.
